What is Congruence Foundation?
We are a peace initiative working across grassroots, public, community, and systems levels to prevent conflict, heal division, and advance justice through principled, nonviolent, dialogue-centered approaches grounded in humanism, secular ethics, and equal human dignity.
Guided by universal values of peace, justice, and respect for all people, our work emphasizes ethical responsibility, inclusion, and care in how peace is pursued. We focus on creating conditions where dialogue is possible, harm is reduced, and coexistence can be strengthened in an increasingly divided world.
At the public and community level, we engage people through accessible learning, reflection, and timely peace-oriented action in response to emerging global and local challenges. Our initiatives, pathways, and toolkits support everyday peacebuilding by strengthening social cohesion, empathy, and constructive engagement. This work is participatory, open, and designed to invite broad involvement without requiring alignment to any political or ideological position.
Alongside this, we maintain a distinct stream of systems-level engagement focused on strategic peace dialogue and international cooperation. In this space, we act as a neutral facilitator, supporting trust-based processes, quiet dialogue, and ethical frameworks among diverse actors. This work is non-advocacy in nature and governed by clear boundaries, ensuring that public engagement and discreet engagement reinforce—rather than compromise—each other as part of a coherent peace ecosystem.

Non-Violence: Our Unshakable Commitment

Through non-violence, we pursue justice while nurturing peace, dignity, and harmony.
